AUDIO HIVE

Much of my most recent paid design work is under NDA, and I cannot share it here. To flex my creative muscles and show some more up-to-date demonstrations of my skills, I have made creatives for several hypothetical brands or organizations. This is one: Audio Hive, a music-listening app and social media network. In this exercise, I created branding, and video and display ad content for a number of platforms. I also wrote all copy used in these creatives.

The process:

To introduce Audio Hive as a new social networking platform, I wanted to balance fun, eye-catching imagery with clear, quick instructions to help potential new users get started. Dynamic animation and fun colors became important parts of this app's brand identity.

Making the logo:

Audio Hive's logo combines the shape of a volume icon with a textured beehive to evoke the brand's name. It is designed to be fun and dynamic both in still and animated formats, and appears in a few colors: a bright yellow, black, and white.

My favorite details of the project:

I really enjoyed animating the app's logo, and searching for the perfect stock images and videos to go with these creatives. This was a fun one, and I liked experimenting with it!
